UniHouse acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to any rental agreements between users and property owners.

3 User Eligibility

To use UniHouse services, you must:

• Use the platform for lawful purposes only

4 User Conduct

• Does not guarantee availability of listed properties
• Recommends users independently verify all property details

Users are encouraged to visit properties in person and conduct their own due diligence before entering into any rental agreement.

6 Limitation of Liability

UniHouse shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Disputes between users and property owners
• Loss of data or service interruptions
• Actions of third parties using the platform
• Accuracy of information provided by property owners

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using our services.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on UniHouse, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of UniHouse and protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• The UniHouse name and logo are trademarks
• User-submitted content remains the property of the user

8 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:
